Did you get this fixed? Based on what I read, a 12V battery is the common issue why this happens.

Have you tried doing a hard reboot on your Ioniq? It might clear the error messages.

I've pushed it over several times and never experienced this. I'd take it to the dealership.

I think you can also override it by pressing the gas pedal all the way down.

Same thing that happened to me while I'm in the middle of the road. What I did was I pulled over, turned my Ioniq off, waited for 3 mins, and turned it back on again. The car was back to normal.

Let's just hope this gets covered under warranty.

Did you take it to your dealer? I suspect it's your rear motor overheating and cuts power to the system.

It also depends on which type of USB cable you're using. Are you using the original cable?

I had this issue. Turns out the ICCU, fuse, high voltage battery pack and power relay assembly were defective. All were replaced under warranty. Did you get yours fixed already?

If it won't disengage, there's an issue with that wherein the ICCU needs an update. Try going to your dealer to have it confirmed.

Are you using the ACC as well when this happened?

How is it now? Did you bring it back to your dealer?

If it's cold out there, fill a small spray bottle with rubbing alcohol and spray the latch area. This will allow the ice to melt and the door to close properly.

Agree with this. You should disable it and it'll be much smoother.
