Same thing that happened to me while I'm in the middle of the road. What I did was I pulled over, turned my Ioniq off, waited for 3 mins, and turned it back on again. The car was back to normal.
There was an issue with the USB port and the cable that connects to the head unit that required replacement. You should take your Ioniq to the dealer and explain the situation.

I had this issue. Turns out the ICCU, fuse, high voltage battery pack and power relay assembly were defective. All were replaced under warranty.
Did you get yours fixed already?
If it's cold out there, fill a small spray bottle with rubbing alcohol and spray the latch area. This will allow the ice to melt and the door to close properly.
