IPedal ghost acceleration

Weird experience today with IPedal! I was driving in the city and lifted my foot to slow down, and bam! Car starts creeping forward instead. Happened a couple more times even after switching to Level 3 and back. Thank God it worked fine on the way home. Anyone else encounter this phantom acceleration in IPedal?

Heard a lot of issues on Ioniq about this one, that's why I'm hesitant in buying this car. Safety should always be a top priority. Hopefully there will be a thorough investigation by Hyundai and a solution is found to prevent these accidents.
