Ionic 5 SEL range drop

We've been really happy with our '24 Ionic 5 SEL, especially the range during the warmer months we usually get over 300 miles, which is awesome for the AWD. But this week, something strange happened. I charged it up completely before driving to Rayne, LA topped it off in downtown Lafayette and after charging, it only showed 230 miles of range! I was expecting at least 315 with those perfect conditions. I'm totally confused! Has anyone else had their range suddenly drop like this in the heat? Any ideas what's going on?

My son's 2022 Ioniq 5 is losing a ton of range again this winter. His regen braking is acting up too, and his usual L3 mode is somehow draining the battery faster than ever. He took it to the dealer, but they said the computer shows nothing wrong. Plus, the car isn't responding right when he tries to use the accelerator to slow down in L1-L3. Anyone else having these problems?

Hyundai, come on! We got the Ioniq 5 for a reason – please fix this!
