Trying to get a handle on regenerative braking levels in my EV. Been playing with the settings, and it definitely feels like there's a constant drag when regen is active. Here's the thing - if I'm cruising at a steady speed and switch regen levels down (3 to 2, 2 to 1, etc.), the car actually speeds up a bit! This makes me wonder - is regen basically always on, even at higher speeds? And wouldn't that constant drag hurt overall efficiency? Anyone else out there fiddle with regen settings

Figuring out the best way to use the regen braking can take some getting used to. I usually leave mine on auto though.

I prefer using the automatic regen braking system. It's simple to use and feels much like driving a regular gas car. I don't have to mess with the paddles, and I believe Hyundai designed it to be energy efficient.
