Did you figure it out yet? Another way to find out if yours is an AWD or not is in your screen, find the display that shows how power is sent to all 4 tires. If it does, then it's indeed an AWD.

Afaik, the car's vents can open and close on their own at any time, even when the car is turned off.

Did you try scanning it to check if there are some trouble codes?

I don't think you can find one for it, and I don't think we are allowed to work on that one. That seems complicated.

Did you turn on your auto hold? Try to check it.

Can you take a vid of it? If I'm not mistaken, it might just be the pedestrian warning system. That's a safety feature that activates at low speeds to alert people outside.

It could be related to the difference between the inside and outside temps. That might be causing your vents to act strangely. Have you noticed a pattern, like the vents only acting up when the inside is much colder or hotter than outside?

I researched a lot to find the best value for money tires and ended up choosing the Goodyear Efficient Grip 2s. They were amazing in terms of performance. They had superior wet grip, maintained my range, and I believe they were quieter than the stock tires. I might switch to Michelin next time...
