I’ve been considering trading in my Tesla Model Y for a used Ioniq 5 (probably a 2022 model) and wanted to get some insight from those who already own one. My main reason for switching? Well, let’s just say I’m looking for a fresh start away from all the Tesla and Elon-related drama.
A few things I’m wondering about:
From what I’ve read, the RWD Select trim has the longest range. Is that true?
I already have a Tesla home charger installed, would I be able to use it with the Ioniq 5?
Has there been any news about an adapter to make Tesla Superchargers compatible with the Ioniq 5?
I love EVs and I want to make sure this switch makes sense before I commit.
