Phone Won't Stay Connected to Ioniq 6!

So my wife just got her Ioniq 6 and now she’s having a real pain trying to connect her Samsung phone to the car. It keeps disconnecting all the time. We’ve tried a bunch of cables, even the official Samsung one, but no dice. Anyone else run into this? Is it a common thing with Android phones and cars or what?

There was an issue with the USB port and the cable that connects to the head unit that required replacement. You should take your Ioniq to the dealer and explain the situation.
