Missing Settings on Ioniq 2020

I have a 2020 Ioniq with Standard-class Gen5W Navigation, and I'm having trouble finding some of the settings I'm expecting. When I go to the "Setup/Vehicle" menu, I only see the "Climate" option. I know there should be other options like "Driver assistance" and "Drive mode." Any ideas on how to fix it?

Have you given your nav system a quick check for software updates? Sometimes those updates can unlock additional settings.

Try installing the update again, maybe there's just a glitch.

Try doing a system reboot, hold down the power button on the infotainment screen for about 10 seconds. If that doesn’t work, you might need a firmware update at the dealership. Could be that some features are disabled until the system updates properly.

How is it now? It could possibly be a software issue.

That is really strange that those Driver assistance and Drive mode settings are missing from your Ioniq's navigation menu. They should definitely be there. If their suggestions did not work there might be a serious problem like a wiring issue or a faulty module. Take it to the dealer.
