Ioniq Hybrid Screeching Noise

Last night, I heard a noise when I opened my car's back door to get my stuff. I noticed that the chrome part of the door was rubbing against the front door. There was a space between the two doors. I believe this is a factory defect. I'm taking it to the dealership this Friday. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

It sounds like the door was replaced after getting damaged, but it wasn't installed correctly. I've worked at a big dealership in the past, and they often repair and sell cars with transport or lot damage. Hopefully yours gets resolved.

That could be fixed under warranty. Take it to your dealer.
