Anyone know if there's a class action lawsuit brewing against Hyundai regarding these Ioniq ICCU problems we've been having? Mine's acting up, and I'm looking into my options. Are there any active or upcoming lawsuits I can join?

No class action yet, but many owners are reporting ICCU failures. Keep an eye on legal forums and NHTSA complaints for updates!

At this time, there isn't a lawsuit against Hyundai specifically for ICCU issues. However, in November 2024, Hyundai recalled some cars to address these problems. The recall affects certain models from 2022-2024 Ioniq 5, 2023-2025 Ioniq 6, Genesis GV60, and Genesis GV70 that are "Electrified." The issue is that the ICCU might get damaged and stop charging the 12-volt battery, which could cause the car to lose power. While there isn't a lawsuit now, recalls like this can sometimes lead to legal actions in the future.
