Ioniq Hybrid Gas Tank Filler Issue

I’m totally stuck trying to fill up my dad’s 2020 Ioniq Hybrid. The gas tank door pops open, but for some reason, I can’t seem to get the nozle to fit in. Like, what’s the deal with that? Anyone else run into this? It feels kinda off, tbh!

That’s kinda strange! Did you give a different pump a shot? Or maybe the nozzle’s just being a little extra long or something?

Try hitting up a different gas station.

Depends on the gas station though. The problem is not with the car, it's with the gas station's nozzle.
