Hi! I broke my car's system trying to update it, but it failed. Now I don't have a map and multimedia available. Is there any way to get back to the old soft ver? ty!

Sorry abouth that, have you tried reaching out to the car’s customer service or visiting a dealership to see if they can restore the previous software version?

Oh no, that sucks! Maybe try unplugging the car's battery for a bit and see if that helps reset the system.
