Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid Blue radio glitch

I just bought a used Ioniq Hybrid Blue. Yesterday, the radio suddenly switched to a chime. Rather than the station name, the screen also displayed a numerical code. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?

Have you figured it out yet? I had a similar problem which was solved by resetting the system a few times and pulling the "AMP" fuse, located behind the panel to the right of the steering column, and putting it back in again. Let me know if that works for you.

Try fully rebooting your car. Maybe it'll be back to normal.

@Bogz20 Have you tried updating the software if the suggestions above did not work?
