2024 Ioniq 5 VIN Mystery - SE or Surprise AWD?

My dad just picked up his brand new 2024 Ioniq 5 and we're feeling a bit confused and wanted to help him out! The VIN says it's an SEL FWD, but the car itself looks way more like an SE (no fancy lights, cloth seats, etc.). Here's the kicker - it definitely has AWD! Anyone else experience this VIN weirdness? Is there a way to tell for sure what I've got under the hood (besides taking it off-road)? Maybe a hidden AWD badge or setting somewhere?

You checked the VIN online? If so, they're unreliable. I wonder if there's any official Hyundai VIN checker available. Also, if it's a legit dual motor EV, there's an HTRAC badge on the lower corner of the rear hatch.

Did you figure it out yet? Another way to find out if yours is an AWD or not is in your screen, find the display that shows how power is sent to all 4 tires. If it does, then it's indeed an AWD.

@marley09 is right. Check the VIN. Do diligence in checking.
