Driver's seat suddenly stopped responding

Hey everyone! The driver's seat suddenly stopped responding to adjustment commands. Just like that. The dealer said it’s probably a blown fuse. The internet suggests this is a common issue… Like, how true is this? Also, has anyone experienced this?

I have seen that issue on another model, and yes, that's weird. I think it is something common, but I couldn't say more about it. Did the dealer give any potential fixes?
