I am having this crazy issue with ‘22 Ioniq, especially due to the unavailability of Hyundai’s parts. My car was in an accident with under 3,000 miles and has been undrivable, I have been waiting for parts for nearly eight months. Hyundai started covering a rental Tesla after almost six months, but I want the car I chose, not a substitute. If they’re able to make new Ioniqs, they should prioritize getting parts to their existing customers. I am just sharing this as a heads-up: be careful with your Ioniqs!

After waiting so long, I ended up reaching out to Hyundai’s customer service directly and escalated the issue to get a better response. I also contacted the dealership regularly to stay on top of updates. Eventually, they were able to source the parts and get the repairs done. It took time, but persistence helped.

At least you've got a route to go on.
