My Ioniq 5's charging was working great for the past 7 months, then suddenly stopped last weekend. I get a "Charging started" message, but it's not actually charging. Bluelink says everything's fine. My Level 2 charger is blinking blue and white, but the app says it's not even plugged in! It's kinda cold out, but the plugs are clean. Unplugging and plugging it back in doesn't help. The car itself thinks it's charging, but the app says "Not charging" and "Remote charge failed."
 
Your charger is still under warranty. To diagnose the charging issue, try charging at a public Level 2 charger. If it works, the problem is your home charger; if not, it's likely your Ioniq 5. Try resetting your home charger by turning off its power for a couple of minutes.

Have you tried deleting and re-adding your car in the Bluelink app?
