Tech issues with my 2017 Ioniq

I’m having some troubles with my 2017 ioniq. The Bluelink app isn’t available on the touchscreen, and there’s no Hyundai Live, which I thought would be standard. I've also been unable to update the system software in recent times, so it feels like I'm missing out on a lot of functionality. Has anyone else had similar issues, or know of any fixes to get these features up and running?
 
I’ve had issues with system updates before, you Try can check for updates manually through the settings, or reach out to your dealer for assistance with Bluelink and Hyundai Live.

You might wanna give it a quick check to make sure your Bluelink sub and Hyundai Live are active, and also make sure the app's all set up right on your phone. Wouldn't hurt to double-check, ya know?

Is this the first time when it happened? And what were the circumstances when it happened?

I’ve tried manual updates, but no luck.

I’ll check my subscriptions and app setup. We'll see if that resolves it, thanks for the suggestion
