Okay, so I had a major coffee disaster and spilled some all over my Ioniq’s console. Now the buttons are sticky and basically useless. I’m thinking I need to clean it up, but I have zero idea how to get the console out. Is this a DIY job, or should I leave it to the pros? Anyone tackled this before?

So did you find out how? I believe there are screws under the rubber mat, but I'm not 100% sure. To remove the center console completely, you might need to take out the driver's seat first. That's at least what I remember reading somewhere. I'm curious about this too, so I'll keep digging. Good luck!

It's all beneath the center console in the carpeted interior. If I were you, I'd try to disassemble it so you can access it and clean it. If you can't do it, seek professional assistance.

Use a laundry detergent with built-in stain remover on the upholstery. Wipe down the console with a slightly damp microfiber cloth. Don't soak it!

But honestly, I think you should take it to the dealer and have them check out those buttons. That's probably the best way to make sure everything's working properly.
