My I5 Went Bonkers

So I had this crazy thing happen with my I5. Driving home from work, bam! The warning light pops on out of nowhere, and suddenly the car's in turtle mode. Luckily, I was near a charging station. Tried to juice it up, but nope, it wouldn't charge at all, not a bit of luck there. Had to get my car towed all the way home. Now I'm scratching my head—any idea what might be up with it? We tried yanking out the battery. No dice, still didn't fix the issue!

Did you try disconnecting/reconnecting the battery?

I had this issue. Turns out the ICCU, fuse, high voltage battery pack and power relay assembly were defective. All were replaced under warranty.

Did you get yours fixed already?

I had the same issue where the car wouldn’t charge. The dealership found it needed a new rear motor/gearbox. Unfortunately, we had to wait over two months for the part to arrive. I hope yours is just a quick and easy fix
