Just got a "Check Coolant" warning on my car (already driven earlier today). Topped it up at the dealer but noticed it leaking out the bottom. Turns out it's a cracked coolant pump - bummer! They're saying 3-4 weeks for parts. Anyone else deal with this? My car's always parked outside, driven daily, and it gets pretty darn cold here. Shouldn't the coolant be warm enough?

Why was it leaking? Did it hit something?

The undertray covers it, and it’s positioned higher than the tray. So it’s unlikely you damaged it. It looks like a faulty part. I wouldn’t pay anything for it, though the dealership will probably try to charge you. Get a pump from eBay, unclip the hose, disconnect the pump, replace it, and you’re done. You’ll need about 2L of coolant to refill.
