Issues Updating 2018 Ioniq Hybrid Navigation Software

hello, everyone!

I want to update my 2018 Ioniq Hybrid Blue, but I face some software problems.
After I downloaded the nav updater on a thumb drive and then put it in, the car is playing random .wav files. Like what the duck?
I need help, please. After installation using proper Gen4, I got these files:
- text.info,
- update,
- vr,
- 2017_18_Ioniq_Hybrid_USA.ver,
- HKMC_Navi.

I also get this message: "Please select the Update folder".

I can't quit the car because I love it, but the nav software firmware is close to 8 years old. Please help!

Are the files you mentioned inside the Update folder?
If yes, then I think it might be the USD format. Is it formatted to FAT32?

It sounds like the system isn’t recognizing the update folder correctly. Make sure the thumb drive is formatted as FAT32 or exFAT, and that all update files are saved to the root directory of the drive (not inside any subfolders). Also, double-check that you’ve downloaded the right software for your car's region and trim level, sometimes the Gen4 files can be specific to certain models.

Hm, I don't think the USB is formatted to FAT32, but thanks for this. I will check that.
