Ioniq 5 service intervals are about 18,600 miles or two years, but Hyundai Roadside Assist won’t help if you haven’t serviced it in 12 months, You can just pick a random date and dealer, and suddenly, service is approved, what is that!?

This is absolutely ridiculous! Hyundai's service intervals and roadside assistance requirements are completely out of sync. And you can just lie about your service date? That's insane. They're clearly playing games. I'd be furious and demanding answers and I'd seriously consider finding a different roadside assistance provider.
