I can't lift my wipers, and I'm having trouble opening the hood. Any tips on how to defrost them?

Activate service mode for the wipers, turn off the car, then hold the wiper stalk in the mist position until the wipers settle into the service position. This is detailed in the manual

You could also try gently defrosting them with warm water, but make sure the car's off before you do. Just be cautious not to damage the wiper arms!
