I’m hearing a rattle near the left rear wheel of my 2024 SEL Ioniq 5 when going over larger bumps. A few others I know have mentioned the same issue. Has anyone else experienced this?
Definitely not just you I’ve seen a few people mention a left rear rattle in online forums. It might be something as simple as a loose interior trim piece near the hatch area or a suspension mount issue. If you’re under warranty, I’d have Hyundai take a look.
It could be a loose component or something in the suspension, it’s good that others are mentioning the same issue, maybe a known problem. Have you had it checked out yet?
If it’s a suspension mount or something, it might take a little work to pinpoint, but definitely get it looked at if it's under warranty. Better to fix it now than let it turn into something worse.
