My mother-in-law's Ioniq PHEV's Bluelink App isn't working as it should. It works sometimes, but most of the time it doesn't. I've tried everything I can think of to fix it, but nothing seems to work. I'm really frustrated because I rely on this feature to pre-heat or cool the car before I get in.

That's a big no no. Never ever coast in neutral. That's a red flag when driving automatic trannys.

Try doing a full system restart first to see if it works. If it doesn't, have it scanned to see what's the issue.

You can pull the lever near the fuse box to shut off the high voltage battery, but this isn't recommended. Installing a kill witch would help.

I've run into that auto hold feature and on another car, too.
