Would you buy this Ioniq 2022 with decreasing SOH?

Hello, everyone! What would you do if you were me?
It is this car from 2022 I want to buy, with 35k+ miles. I scanned it with a car scanner and an OBD connector and I got a SOH of 90.8% and 12 cells with slightly less than 4V. I plugged it in to charge overnight and it went from 0 to 100%, charged 40.33kWh, all the cells have 4.16V but the SOH decreased to 89.5%. Why is this happening? Should I forget about buying it? Thanks!

An 89.5% SOH is pretty good for a used EV. Batteries naturally degrade over time, so a little fluctuation is normal.

The SOH drop might indicate the battery management system recalibrating, but below 90% could signal future issues. I think you should consider the vehicle's overall condition and warranty before deciding, as it might be safer to look for another option.

Ok, now I get it! The drop in SOX is just part of the battery recalibrating. I am definitely concerned about the long-term health of the battery, especially since I plan to keep the car for a while. I think I will reach out to the seller for more details about how they have been charging it and if they have any records of battery maintenance. I would hate to overlook a good deal, but I also don't want to end up with a headache down the line. I will keep you all posted and thanks for the input!
