I dont think this is a common issue, but it is worth finding out. You can also check with the dealership if there any updates or fix for the 2019 model regarding the fast charging compatibility.

Sorry to hear this, I doubt this will be covered by warranty, maybe insurance though depending on your coverage. A body shop will give you the right estimate for the fix.

Do you see any notification when you hear the sound? It could be anything really. Temp indicator, Brake actuation system or google maps, maybe you can look around carefully the next time you hear it.
